AdFly problem solved in India

      Last month was a really bad month for some of the Indians who earns money online.Because two of the main money generating sites Adfly  and LinkBucks was blocked in India by most of the ISPs for unknown reasons.Even though some people found work-arounds to unblock these sites,some couldn't.But the happy news is now adfly looks like it's working fine.They even posted an official statement in their blog about blocking 2 weeks back and said they are trying their best to solve the problem.They sure did.

       The sad news is even though adfly is working fine now,Linkbucks is still blocked.If you type the URL of linkbucks it shows a message saying ..

"This website/URL has been blocked until further notice either pursuant to Court orders or on the Directions issued by the Department of Telecommunications".

Even after some users have complainted about this,there is no official words from the side of Linkbucks about this.Now that's sad.Even though you can access linkbucks through some change in the typed URL,you cant tweak into the extent(like adfly) that every visitor will get to see the ad.I have to remove the script temporarily because it was blocking my readers.Now lets see may be someone will soon come up with some solution or ISPs  it self will unblock the website.

      I know this post is after a long time.And soon i will post some awesome tricks to earn money by using linkbucks and adfly.

3 changes of online advertising industry happened in last year

   In this article i'm going to talk about some of the programs i reviewed earlier.They later changed their identity by changing brand name or some other company took over them or they changed their rules and conditions.

1.Context web is Pulsepoint now

  One of the most popular advertising and ad publishing website contextweb.com was took over by Pulsepoint .The Pulsepoint is a broader platform.The change was good and it didn't effected in anyway the earnings number of impressions of the quality of ads i use to get from contextweb. Only change i felt was to find the login page in pulsepoint homepage is more time taking than the way i use to direct login to contextweb.But once you find it,just bookmark t and the problem is solved.

2.Topline turned into a Scam

   Topline is a website which pays you by replacing the ads in the websites you visit.Before they use to pay everyone equally and their 1000 points was equal to $1.But now they have not only changed those rates for most of the Asian countries ( 1000 points= $0.20 ),but they have almost stopped showing ads for those countries by saying  'advertisements are not available for your geographical locations'...!!!.It is completely unfair and i'm not happy with these changes made by 'jointopline'.They have suspended many accounts from Asian countries without paying the amount they earned, and it's a scam!!!

3.CPM.Biz is a scam

  CPM.biz once i thought was the best alternative for google adsense tuned out to be a scam.they have too many redirects and it effects your traffic and loyal visitors and those others who comes to your page looking for the solution of their problems.It has one of the highest cpm rates i have ever came across.But unfortunately they won't pay.All the money you will see only on their website statistics.Its just virtual money.So my advice is don't join.

       I have been putting trying and testing ad units of 'Yes-Advertising' in one of my movie review blogs.And i finally found Yes advertising a waste of time and space for me.I'm sure it will be for most of the bloggers.I will explain you why.

        Yes advertising don't have any CPM ads and PPC (Pay per click) or CPC(Cost per Click) ads.Their ads are CPA(Cost per Action) ads.Meaning, 'Yes-Advertising'  wont pay you if your visitor clicks on an ad and it wont pay you if a same ad shows up 1000 times.It will only pay you if the clicker completes a certain action an advertiser demands.For example if the user click on one of their advertiser's ads it will open a new window and the user have to submit some information(e-mail id,cellphone number) or may be fill up a form.Then only you will get paid.

    And i found their ads too local.Most of their ads are only focused on 2 to 3 countries.There are very less ads which is suitable for the whole countries in the world.So there are very less chance that someone actually click on the ad units.So think about the action they have to complete.!!
      Yes-Advertising literally made 0$ for me.I would like to know if it worked for anybody.And i won't recommend that monetizing program for anybody.You will be wasting your time,trust me.

     So far this is the best alternative i found for Google adsense..CONTEXTWEB.COM is a really really good alternative i found after trying a lots and lots of advertising networks.And at while using contextweb ads you can use CPM.biz ads too.That's an awesome combination for money flow.

Just like every other CPM ad networks  Contextweb also depends on web traffic.I've written a post earlier on how to increase your web traffic.There are mainly two differences from other ad networks and contextweb.

1.Ask price-You can decide how much eCPM you need.You can set your AskPrice value for a particular ad slot.But the problem here is they will not fill all of your page views or impressions with their ads.For example if you got 1000 page views a day they might show ads in only 750 of them.Now you cant predict this what i told i just a random number.But hey,no other CPM ad network has this option of selecting your own eCPM.

And here payment is fully guaranteed.You might be thinking what will they show when they don'y show their ads.That's why you have to provide a back up tag.

2.Back up tags-You can provide the ad codes of your other ad networks(for ex. bidvertiser ads) as back up tags so that when context web is not able to show their ads, your back up ad network will show their ads.By doing this you will not loose any chance to earn the money and their won't be any public service ads in your site.

Even if you are not using any other ad networks it is not a problem it will show public service ads if you don't provide the back up tags.

Other Facts
    Context web has really good ad reporting system which shows the reports in several styles including bar graph,line graph and usual table system.

You will have options to block specific type of ads if you don't need it.If they cant meet your ask price they fill the ads with the back up ad tags so if you are starting try to put smaller values from 0.01$ to 0.75$..And see how it works then you can carry with bigger values..

And don't expect these ads to show up from the moment you copy paste the code in your site/blog.It will take minimum 3-4 days to start showing ads.

1.CPC

CPC or cost per click is one of the most common term you might see in adsense.It is the amount you earn when a user clicks on the ad showed on your site.That amount is decided by the advertiser,not you.

2.Impression

An impression is counted when an ad is shown on your page,in short no. of page views effects impressions.When someone opens up the page were you placed the ad and ad shows up then the impression is counted.

3.CTR

CTR or Click Through Rate = ( no.of clicks /  no. of impressions or views) X 100

4.RPM 

RPM or Revenue Per thousand Impressions means the revenue you get for every 1000 impressions you receive.

RPM = (Estimated earnings / No. of page views) X 1000

5.CPA

CPA means Cost Per Action.Means if user clicks on a CPA ad you will not get paid.The advertiser insists the user should do some actions on the page which opens up after the clicking, then only you-who showed the ad on your page-will get the money.Some times it might be some form fill up,sometimes submitting an e-mail id or phone number.
